Vindra is a student in many areas of life.
Currently, she is seeking her doctorate in English Literature
at St. John’s University, with
the intention to teach literature and writing at the University level.
After a major personal loss, she turned to spirituality as a method of coping and healing, and found it to be one
of the greatest assets that can
be found within every soul.
With a great respect and love
for teaching and learning,
she is constantly seeking out new meditative methods, and is eager to share these methods with all those who are willing to share
in her discovery.
Within you resides a flicker of light that represents the essence
of peace, tranquility, and love.
However, as our lives become busier and far more hectic we often become obsessed with things that are in the past or those that have yet to manifest, losing sight of that flicker of light.
Meditation will allow you an acute awareness of your placement
in the here and now, and helps us locate that flicker of light
as the center of tranquility that resides in us all, so that we can regain equanimity when all seems amiss.
Join us every Monday at 7:30 pm for a 30-minute session, during which we will discover proven meditative techniques, and will engage in a gently guided meditation so that you may rediscover your center of tranquility.
